Dubai office - March 2024
Infinity Auto Marketing are excited to announce the opening of our new contact Centre based in Dubai.
The opportunity to grow our support network of people, whilst capturing a whole new market was too important to miss, so we grapsed the chance and opened in a bright spacious office in centre of the UAE.
Dubai has welcomed people from all around the world, who come with different cultures and experience and we are delighted to take advantage of this by recruiting a mixture of talented individuals that can support the work that we do.

We believe that this is now the time to bring growth to the company and take it in a new direction since its inception in 2004. How often in a 12 month period do you review your processes
I suppose it goes back to the old saying, “If it isn’t broke don’t fix it”.
What though if it isn’t broke, it is working but other dealerships seem to be doing better? From your point of view everything is going brilliantly, but at the monthly meetings you aren’t top of the leader-boards? What are the other sites doing that you aren’t? Time to review the process.

Our VHC sales department is booming and due to both expansion and growth we are looking for new clients. We have a department of ex technicians ready to follow up both Amber and Red work from outstanding VHC records.
Our philosophy and process is simple.
System & pricing - whether you use Kerridge , Pinnacle , MDF360 , Links , Super Service or VHC Tracker and many other DMS solutions we have trained staff to fit all system needs. We are up to date with many manufacturer dealer pricing systems. Analyse the calling data - Once we have analysed the quality and volume of the records we will then staff the account with the appropriate numbers. Data cleanse - in some instances the database requires a cleanse, more often then not their can be a number of older passed dated records. We can either clear or call these depending on the requirements you need. BOOKINGS - the key element.Return on investment
Providing the data supplied is of a reasonable standard we can guarantee you a positive return on your monthly investment. Many of our current clients see bookings value exceed £5,000 in retail work per month. Our fixed monthly fee is substantially less.
We quite often book service or MOT appointments from customers due at the time of the call , we also update customer records to ensure data captured is maintained.
